Cycle

The Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience (CYCLE) was established in 2006. It brings together many bright, young leaders from across Missouri for an all-expense paid, action-packed, three-day leadership conference to Jefferson City, MO. This amazing program is for any high school or home-schooled sophomore that lives in the Webster Electric service area. All it takes to enter is a 3-4 page essay!
